College entrance is not just an important decision but also a turning point in anybody’s life. You will be the only one responsible for this task. Starting school is easy as your parents simply enroll you. But, deciding which college to attend is more or less your choice.
Choosing a college and stream may be tough. The entrance exam for the school you want to attend might be more difficult. If college is your goal, you need to be ready to crack the entrance exam. There is a lot of preparation needed to pass the SAT, ACT or other entrance exams in the country.

Make a short list of schools and majors that you are thinking about first. Getting help from guidance counselors is a good thing as well if you think that you are running out of time. Talking to your parents will also help. Be sure to discuss the cost and options available to you.
You will have to go through a few tests and interviews once you have contacted the various schools that made it to your short list. Keep in mind that the tests will usually encompass things that you already know. It’s just an analysis of what you already know and have studied over the years. But, it is important that you word and time your answers well.
